The 2025 edition highlights two major themes:

Haute Gastronomy Under the Glass Roof of the Grand Palais
From May 8 to May 11, 2025, the Grand Palais will transform for a few days into the stage of an event dedicated to culinary excellence. Taste of Paris brings together the finest Michelin-starred chefs, exceptional artisans, and top producers, offering an extraordinary gastronomic experience.
On the program:
- Exclusive tastings, where chefs reinterpret their signature dishes in miniature versions.
- Interactive masterclasses, led by iconic figures of French and international cuisine.

Révélations 2025 – The Biennial of Fine Crafts Celebrates Italy
From May 21 to May 25, 2025, Révélations, the international biennial of fine crafts and creation, returns to the Grand Palais for an exceptional edition, honoring Italy and its outstanding artisanal heritage.
More than 500 artisans and creators from around the world will showcase unique works at the crossroads of tradition and innovation. Among the treasures on display:
- Carrara marble, sculpted with the precision inherited from the great Renaissance masters.
- Murano glasswork, where the fusion of glass and fire creates pieces of absolute refinement.
