The Hotel de la rue de Lille's fruits of the earth are in the form of an elegant and varied gourmet menu of themed savoury and sweet dishes (Spanish charcuterie, Italian food, crudités, cheese…)
You are invited to discover the renowned producers from whom we have selected these dishes.
BUFFET GOURMET
Freshly squeezed orange, fruit salad, fresh fruit, selection of organic cereals and dried fruit, selection of local charcuterie, selection of farm cheeses.
BRUNCH
Brunch is all-you-can-eat, buffet style. The squeezed juice is served at the table. We have the choice between a large glass of squeezed oranges, grapefruit or squeezed lemons. Our oranges come directly from our Portuguese producer in the Douro Valley, each year we buy his entire production from him. We can thus certify the quality and absence of all pesticide treatments. The buffet consists of mini pastries, breads, pancakes (with maple syrup), but also the essential eggs, cold meats of all kinds, cheeses. Always listed salty, pies, mini croque monsieur, plates of smoked salmon are available. Side desserts, cakes but also mini-macaroons, éclairs, financiers and cannelés. Hot drinks are also unlimited: tea, coffee, hot chocolate.
Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday by reservation, and the pretty terrace is very pleasant to enjoy between April and the end of October.
Throughout the year, the warm room with decoration inspired by the cellars of Saint-Germain welcomes you. Enough to make you travel during brunch.
RESTAURANT/ATELIER ECLIPSES BY CHEF CYRIL CHOISNE
At the Hôtel de Lille, we created a partnership with one of our neighbors: the Eclipses restaurant/atelier by Chef Cyril Choisne.
We offer two formats:
The box version, which you can order from Monday to Saturday between 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. Gourmet salad, club sandwiches, pies for dessert ...
The Menu version, which you can order from Monday to Friday between 11 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. and on weekends with an order the day before at 5 p.m.
You can enjoy it in your room, in the breakfast room and on the two terraces available with time slots held by reception and in strict compliance with the sanitary measures in place.
Note that from Thursday to Sunday at noon, you can also take advantage of the box version for a Parisian picnic with the addition of a drink (water / soda / rosé wine / champagne).
ROOM SERVICE
Room service is open from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. and can serve you a gastronomic meal on order or a picnic basket in your room.
HONESTY BAR
Enjoy a drink and receive friends as you would at home while relaxing in the cosy fireplace lounge of the Hotel de Lille.
Choose from soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, wines from our selection and cocktails prepared by you.
Enjoy and live your own « Saint Germain des prés »
